Morning Movers 2019 Sessions
Program Info
Dates: Individual One-Week Sessions Available from June 24th - August 23rd, 2019
Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Ages: 3.5 - 6.0 years
Tuition: $500.00 per session - take $50.00 off each additional session. You must contact a coordinator to receive the discount: kelly@peridance.com

Session 2 - July 8th - July 12th
Session 3 - July 15th - July 19th
Session 4 - July 22nd - July 26th
Session 5 - July 29th - August 2nd
Session 6 - August 5th - August 9th
Session 7 - August 12th - August 16th
Session 8 - August 19th - August 23rd
*All sessions subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment not met. In this case, a school coordinator will contact affected students three weeks in advance to cancel. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact the school.
About the Program
The School at Peridance's Morning Movers half-day camp is a wonderful way for your young dancer to come play and create! Students will start the day with dance class, learning Basic Ballet Vocabulary and Movement Fundamentals. Students will also work to create their own dances using stories, artwork, and fairy tales for inspiration. A great program for your future star dancer!
Other Notes
To celebrate each week, students work with their camp teacher to create a fun and interactive story show each week using their daily dance classes as rehearsals and their Arts & Crafts to make the sets & props! Each Friday we invite families to come see our week's work and dances! While this is an informal show it is a fun way for your child to experience performing and dance in a creative setting!
Placement & Recommendations
This camp is for students who are 3.5-6.0 years of age. While it is not required, it is highly encouraged that students have some prior experience in a half-day or full-day school program so that they are comfortable in a separated classroom setting prior to attending camp. All campers work together in one group for their classes and show.
Faculty
Students will work with one of our Morning Movers Faculty Teachers as their primary camp teacher as well as with a classroom assistant. Teacher scheduling is set by session and is subject to change. For questions regarding faculty please call or email a school coordinator.
